Decided i need to clean the R1 so armed with some Parafin, Muck off ,Wonder wheels,Chain oil and my electric toothbrush i set to work.

This is the first time ive ever actually cleaned a bike properly so there's a few mucky bits left. The dl650 usually gets a hosing down and put to bed.

Not bad buy for ?1800 with a free paddock stand. Mr. Green Mr. Green

Is this the one I read had 50,000 miles on it? If so it's very clean for the mileage, well, it's just very clean anyway!

Yep this is the one shes only got two slight scuffs one on the bottom plastics and one on the subframe. Im loving her to bits.
Just a shame every time i get her out it bloody snows. Mr. Green

As far as i can tell shes been kept completely standard by previous owner. Looking at the mountain of passed mots and service documents they took her touring for the first 2 years clocking around 30000 then 3000-4000 miles each year.

Thanks for all your comments Mr. Green

Water marks are so unsightly. Nice bike though.
