Is it only when you're riding? If so, I had something similar after I adjusted my chain - turned out to be a tight spot in it that was making the chain a bit too tight at certain points in its travel - after plenty of lubing and elimination of said tight spot, all was well again.

Depends what is wrong with the clutch really mate. Is the rattle actually coming from the clutch side? could it be something stupid like a fixing rattling about?

Does revving it at a standstill make a difference?
Does it do it in neutral with and without the clutch pulled?
