I went to my mates 21st tonight,

Nothing wrong there, turnedc up slightly under/over dressed than most people there. I came out to find about 6 girls hanging off my bike. I thoguht nothing of it as it was still standing and they seemed to be doing a good job.
As they got off one girl put her feet down and looked as if she tried to steady the bike as all the others gott off. Then as the last one walked away she kicked it over, screaming "this is for Adam".

I went absolutely mental, and pulled her up against a wall and called to police. When they finally turned up they acused me of leaving my bike in a unsuitable place and I should have stopped them. I mean how is me parking my bike in a place that everyone can see been in a dangerous place?

I am taking this to the courts because the girl protested that she never kicked it over. Dispite me seeing it on the CCTV.

Adam is the kid that kicked my bike over a while ago and broke the bar. I think the thread is 'Some Cvnt kicked my bike over'

I am still really pissed off with it and all I am getting is 'It was aby's frnd plz forgv me she wz pizd' Now that was my mate who I went to see.

I truely am fucking sick of it. Luckily the GT needs respray anyway but it still has really fucked me off to see someone doing this to my bike, right infront of my face.

Now I have calmed down (have been doing for the last 4 hours) I remember:
Police- Is this your bike
Me - YES OF COURSE IT IS MY FVCKING BIKE
Police - According to our records you do not match the owner of this bike,
Me - What *details blah blah blah*
Police - Unfortunately sir we know the owner of this bike very well and know that this is not your bike.

This went on for about an hour ending i her who familyh and friend ben outside the hotel telling them who I was, but still the disagreed. And literally threw me into the car with much dismay to the party. I got took down to the police station where I saw a girl I knew who was thankfully just getting off shift and pushed me through and then took me back to the party in her own cr.

I fucking hate the police, just because they have stopped me last summer they think that they can stop me in the fvcking winter and dispite me having ID they think I have stolen it because I am not riding like I was in the summer.

Sounds like a bad night mate. I hate the police too. Don't know why you called them to be honest. They usually make a situation worse and leave you feeling angry and frustrated.

Well if it's on CCTV you will have an open shut case in small claims court.

What will happen is that they won't bother turning up, which means you will win by default, and the court will send a demand to them if you haven't got their bank account A/C# and sort code.

They won't bother to pay that either and it will escalate to CCJ level, which makes their lives difficult, at which it will get sold to a scummy baliff.

AND at the same time you try get them on criminal damage as it was on CCTV it should be an easy open shut CPS case. A caution is often seen as being let off but quite a lot of people and countries if youwant to work overseas don't see it that way.

If i was taking my bike to a party with loads of drunk people, id definatley park it round the corner. Doesnt matter how nice other people think it is, it pretty much goes without saying people are gonna be sitting on it or whatever.
