I've always found cadburys creme eggs to be a bit hit or miss. If the enzyme hasn't had enough time to react with the sugar, the inside is too...powdery? Dry? Something anyway. It is delightful when it's had just enough time to get the right consistency, and well worth buying 1 or 2 every year.
