CCM 250cc supermoto

A lady I know has a CCM 250cc supermoto in her garage for sale, I offered it to a few people on here a little while back but she is pretty useless at getting organised so I never managed to get a confirmed price out of her let alone any more details!

Anyway, my cirumstances have changed a bit now and I may be able to use said bike for my daily commute, however I need to get a few ballpark insurance quotes and I don't know what model it is.

Any suggestions on what it may be? I tried Google but it keeps bringing up the new 125's or MX bikes, just to be extra unhelpful I don't know an exact age yet, just that its been in her garage for at least 3 years now so its at least mid 2000's.

Thanks for any suggestions, I will go and see what the bike is for definet next week sometime, just don't have the internet at home so it would be good to get some insurance quotes while I can.

Wonder if she's got it wrong maybe will do a quote for the R30 I guess. How much are you selling yours for anyway, doubt it will be what I can afford but doesn't hurt to ask

Does sound like it's most likely to be one of the rebadged chinese ones, if so I'd avoid.

She's been storing it for a friend who collects bikes so I doubt it will be a chinese bike, don't really know much about CCM's or supermoto's in general really so I will post in here when I get a chance to check it out to make sure.

Also, why do half of BCF suddenly have new account names?
