i can't remember what it's called!!!!

Between the cams and the top of the valve stem, covering the valve spring and collet etc, there is a metal sleeve that fits inside the valve spring running area and has a small washer/spacer inside that fits snug into the top of the collet retainer.

What's it called, I lost one and can't think of it's name to search for another.

How dumb can I be!?!?!
