What a shit hole!!! Laughing

And what a waste of time and public money taking the case through court. Rolling Eyes The council should just move it all to the nearest landfill site, if the bloke is really that attached to all his accumulated junk then I'm sure he could live on the landfill site if he really wanted.

Amen to that, get the bread out, put it in the toaster, find the butter...

That shiz takes time.

I suppose as long as it isn't attracting vermin. Judging from the article which I didn't read in detail, it all seems to be non-food rubbish.

I bet though, that is one seriously stuffy village to live in, if you get on the wrong side of the 'blah blah in bloom' or the 'Village Gala committee' (etc etc etc) you'll be hounded out by villagers carrying flaming torches and pitchforks.

I've seen the ugly face of parochial town councils and its, ummm, ugly!

As long as he's not affecting anyone else what's the problem...

I doubt a lot of that stuff will attract rats.

Plus, now it's on national news. Which means I know where he lives.

Couple of those motors are worth lifting, he will never do them any justice.

It says that it's household rubbish and quotes that some of the bags have used tin cans in them - could be paint or food, I suppose. Rats ideally like somewhere secluded and undisturbed and close to food sources and I'd think that those gardens meet any self respecting rat's criteria perfectly! Shocked

I had to laugh at the Daily Mail description of him as a '59 year old batchelor' - too right, you just wouldn't, would you? Sick

Each to their own if he's not affecting anyone else, but if I was a neighbour and it was stinking the place out or something similar it would be a couple of gallons of petrol over the wall followed by a match.
