Why would you buy a CG125 that is 100 miles away from where you live? Confused

There are hundreds of CG125s for sale, you should be able to find one much closer to where you live. Thumbs Up

There is a website like a reverse ebay where you put what you want transported and where and people bid for the lowest price.

I'd ride it too, but are you a learner, might be an issue finding a non motorway route back.

Otherwise I'd hire a Van. Or get someone with a license to hire it.

Or a mate with a trailer.

Or, there is the easiest and cheapest option of buying one that isn't 100 miles away. Laughing There are plenty of them around, I do not believe that the one found 100 miles away in Yorkshire is the only okay-ish one.

If going on motorways whilst you've got a provisional license then IMO you're safer at times when the roads are busy. When the roads are busy you just fit in as one of the tens of thousands of people on the motorway at that time, but in the dead of night when the roads are quiet I reckon there is a higher ratio of plod cars to normal cars meaning you're more likely to be pulled.
