WTF would I know, I'm just some old twat, who was brought up on noisy shit, and thought that extreme distortion, wall of noise, 240bpm blastbeats with someone yelling, screaming and growling like a dog was the pinnacle of underground music.

I must say though I disapprove of the chavvy people and vocals, I must profess a penchant for "Bangin' Choonz" (Slammin Riddims and Phat Beatz not so much )

Plenty of electronic music fits into my classification of "Bangin' Choonz", this could be anything from industrial, to psytrance or chavvy hardcore. Some songs have it, others don't but if a song has the essence of bangin in it I'll generally like it.

As with most hardcore, trance electronic music, removal of vocals would improve it immeasurably.

great respect for charlie b, and what he does at Harmony ( Yes im from bolton and i work in the music industry, albeit i have nothing to do with that place).
He does a lot to involve local kids and teens in the music scene, gves thema place to hang out and socialise without being on street corners.. There is very little to do in Bolton when your that age, and you cant even play football on the local park without being hassled by the police/given grief.

People can blast the music all they like.. it appeals to the kids.. sells and thats all that matters, theres far worse music out there that nme/kerrang prefer.. "Put a donk on it" made it into the Chart !!
