Looks like it would be from the explosion at the Crystal Global (Millenium as was/Laporte as was before that) in Stallingborough.

I used to work there in 1981/82

Broadmoor alarms were much more interesting when someone had escaped. Laughing

All schools in the area then had to follow plans with lots of OTT stuff like kids not being allowed to walk between lessons on their own. Laughing
