If you're going to wear leather in the summer , it really needs to be vented and preferably perforated too.
I wear vented leathers in the summer , but they're very hot , choice between comfort and protection . But then they are black as well which doesn't help
To stay cool , you could try a mesh airflow jacket. ____________________ Life is like a shit sandwich. The more bread you have, the less shit you eat. |

Personally I wear black unvented leathers in summer with an undersuit and I haven't had an issue. Yes you're warm, but not boiling as the undersuit takes care of that for you. ____________________ My Flickr |

If it's like last summer there'll only be about three days you might perspire slightly.
I never find it a big problem on the bike when moving, but can be if you have to walk around somewhere with them on and carrying jacket about is a nuisance. |

Yes. (Well my EDZ one is still going strong after 3 years of use. ) |
Spot on mate, my EDZ longjohns are the longest lasting bit of bike kit i have, outlasted boots/ lids / bikes the lot. The perfect material for purpose. Keeps you warm (as far as one layer can) and wicks away sweat without making you clammy.
Infact i brought another pair that was of a more silky synthetic nature but the EDZ fleece type ones are the best, if i spot a one piece of that i would snap it up ____________________ [Current Bikes - GSXR-750 K5 & C90-97 ] [Previous Bikes: Runner 125, YBR 125, GS500, Bandit 600, Hornet 600, ZX6R-99, C90-99, R1-99, XT600E-04, GSXR-750 K4, CRF250L '16] |
