Hi

Bros is the model, and that is a 400cc one.

All the best

They sometimes use the wings logo, but not always.

All the best

Honda is the manufacturer.

'Bros' is the model, just like 'Fireblade' or 'Hornet'.

Bros just happens to be a massively homosexual name for a motorcycle. Shame really, pretty good bikes.

It doesn't take a genius to differeniate between the make and model?!?!?

Honda is the make.. Bros is the model.... 400 is the CC.

Honda and Honda Wings logos are on most/all standard honda bikes, if its been resprayed it might have one / other / none though.

Never had a Bros but I did consider one a few years ago as a commuter bike, meant to be really reliable, quite easy to ride etc.. most hondas are bulletproof anyways so if its in good condition you can't go too far wrong.

Honda Bros is a grey import, made specifically (originally) for the tiny Japanese market.

As standard, the Bros has a single sided swinging arm, three spoke wheels, a stubby exhaust, v-twin and is VERY forgiving as a learner bike. I owned a Bros for about 4 years, and sold her for about the same price as I bought her. Thumbs Up

They don't generally have the Honda wings (decals) on the livery. My old one was painted purple. And I didn't put any decals on afterwards, as I felt it would ruin the look.

Yeah, the yanks called it the Hawk and they never got the 400 as far as I know. I'd probably take a 650 Bros right now if one popped up near me for the right price, the 400 was a good bike and it could only be better with a little more power, amazing build quality.

The Honda Hawk GT NT650 motorcycle was designated as model RC31 (Chain Drive)and was designed by Toshiaki Kishi, and was the second Honda with "Pro-Arm" suspension bike after the RC30 VFR750R.
The Japanese model was named the Bros and came in 650 and 400cc engine sizes. (All chain drive)

BROS Models

Product One, 650cc
Product Two, 400cc
Product One Mark II, 650cc with PGM, different wheels ( 120/70-17 and 150/60-18 ) and other small changes
Product Two Mark II, 400cc with PGM, different wheels ( 120/70-17 and 150/60-18 ) and other small changes

The Hawk and Bros had alloy frames and designated RC31 models.

The Bros 400 had a frame designation NC25.

The Revere 600/NTV650/Deauville650 all had steel frames and all Shaft drive.

americans also call a VTR1000 firestorm the 'superhawk'.

Why do they feel they need for different model names, i wrecken ours is better. If there were 2 creatures called 'firestorm' and 'superhawk' which would win in a fight to the death?
