My engine casing got cracked when I fell, but it doesn't affect the bikes performance at all (except it may be the potential reason why it runs shite in the rain). There is no oil under that part of the casing.

I've gone through an MOT manual and it didn't seem to indicate it as a fail, but I'd rather know for sure if engine issues are considered for the MOT.

(llok at hole in middle and cracked hole area on the underside)

cover with gaffer tape..then technically its not a hole Razz

just cover it over ...

TAPE is your friend but i would say it would pass with it like that but just cover it over untill can get another 1 on the bike
