Anyone taken a moped on eurotunnel?

One of the guys at work who is a french inturn is looking at bringing a 50cc moped to the uk to use while he is in london.

Has anyone ever used the eurotunnel with a 50cc?

Is there any hassle with the "motorway" between the terminals and the first junction?

The guy has full moped intitlement in France and that is why his wants to use a moped here.

He'd need to check the cc of the bike. IIRC anything 49cc or below is not allowed on motorways, regardless of your licence/entitlement. Probably be worth them checking their insurance too!

Yep. I'm a bit sceptical about that also.

As I understand it, the only way to have a <50cc on a motorway is with a police escort.

I think his plan is to "just see"
