99-02 R6 exhaust query...

what is the diameter of the exhaust for a 1999-2002 R6?
and what is the diameter of a 2003 R6?

my exhaust from an 03 (twinstack) fits, but
isnt as snug as i'd like, so i need to get a reducer made up.

well the link pipe on the 5SL (2003) is a larger diameter to the header pipe on the 5EB (99-02). I need something to bring the diameter up to the same size as the 5SL. So yes, linkpipe diameter. We're halfway there...

ive already got one of those on the 03 pipe and theres still 5mm roughly between the 2
