 |
|
Hey guys ! have just got my NSR and have found the Pirelli tyres (originaly came with it) are a bit weak grip wise and tend to make the back clip out a little bit too much What tyres would you guys recommend me puttin on ? As when you ask at a Tyre fitters they always want you to put the most expensive ones on ! ____________________ Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned |

Well I'd recommend Bridgestone BT45's.
I've got them on mine and they're sooooo much better than the shit guarantee-a-crash MT75's. Plus the 45's are good in the wet so ner ner zimma! ____________________ NSR125RR - ZXR750H1 - ZX9R E1 - GSF600S - GSF600SK3 - VFR400-NC30 - SV1000N - ST1100-R - CBR900RR-R - GSF1200SK5 - GSF600SK1 - VFR1200FA - GSXR1000K2 - ZZR1400 D8F

The best front tyre is Michelin Macadam 110/70-17. My bike has driven over 24000 km with it. To the back, you can also put tyre, which size is 150/70-17. I recommend Bridgestone Battlax to there..
If you buy normal size, then i recommend Battlax 45 or Michelin M39.
By the way Metzeler ME 1 is too good choise to the back.
I`m finnish, so I speak that kind of english. But I hope that you understand..
My bike is NSR -99.. |

different types of tyre is an illegal combination.......different makes is fine!!
ie radial mixed with cross ply tyre is illegal (I think anyway)
pirelli with bridgestone is fine!! ____________________ "Unlike public school you don't need to have your arse up and your head down to go a long way...." |
