I remember seeing a thread about this but i couldn't find it. The world's smallest violin player, just for you!

Anyway, i have 2 years NCB on my bike policy with ebike and i also have a car, am i allowed to use 1 NCB for my car ( currently with ecar ) , and 1 for my bike? or can i only use the 2 years ncb on one or the other? Confused

Also heard some companies join policies together using the same NCB? can't find much info to support it though so might be wrong Confused

You can't split it, but you can move it from bike to car. Some companies give you year for year. Some give you 1car for every 2 bike.
Think G moved bike ncb to car with tesco, i'm sure he will be along soon to let you know how it works.

Yep, and other ones in that group. Also ecar/ebike insurance will accept NCB from either.

As long as you're 23+ and have no accidents, claims or convictions then Carole Nash will mirror your no claims and they'll do you a 6 wheel policy. I know this because I just took a policy out with them this year so that when I pass my car test this year (well, been saying that for years) I can add my car to my policy and still use my no claims on both car and bike. I made them work for it though and asked them loads of really annoying questions that they didn't know the answer to so the guy on the phone had to keep checking with other departments Laughing

Wish I'd done this a while ago, Ive got about 10 years on the car and only just got back up to 4 on the bike. Could have done with using the cars NCB on the bike a few years ago!

Missed this bit; no you're not I'm afraid.
You can only use one lot at a time.
