CBR400 first bike after das.

Hi all, what do you all reckon about starting on a cbr400rr 1994 model. Been riding my mates cbr600f, but think the 400 a better option to get experience on. I have ridden a gilera runner 125 scooter for 4 years and have been driving for 7 years and have a class2 licence aswell, so good road sense and exp. I'm 25 and 1.8m tall if that helps at all. If you feel comfortable riding that bike, then yes you should go for it. After DAS I had a 400cc, and rode until I started ragging it...after that I moved up to a higher cc. Smile

My 1st bike after getting my full licence is a ZXR400 and im loving it.
Need to sell it though as i now want a zx7r.
400's are so much fun and you learn how to ride a bike without throwing it down the road Very Happy

The problem with 400's is they are over priced and usually ragged to shit, most of them are imports and getting parts can be hard. You can get a decent 600 for the same price which will be quicker, less likely to have been mistreated and easier to get parts for.
