This is taken from the BBC News site !

Biker is shot dead after collison.

A motorcyclist has been shot dead by the occupants of a car after a collision with their vehicle.
Police were called to the shooting on Saturday at Camberwell Church Street at its junction with Vicarage Road, in south-east London.

It is believed the motorcyclist was in collision with a dark-coloured Mercedes after which the occupants got out and shot the biker.

A post-mortem examination will take place later.

The motorcyclist, believed to be about 25 years old, was confirmed dead after being taken to hospital.

Detectives from Operation Trident, which focuses on gun crime within the black community, have launched a murder enquiry.

They were driving a black merc and had a gun. They most likely would have shot anyone, biker was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

unless of course the biker was a member of a rival gan or something like that, police statements never give away details like that.

It wasn't a random shooting.

The guy shot was most likely an arms/drug dealer etc. The guys that shot him were more than likely Yardie gangsters anyway.

It's not as if we've lost an important member of soceity is it Confused

There was a similar incident outside my old flat. A sports 600 was rammed off the road and the rider hit a lamp post and died. Police reckoned it was drug related.

I'm from Camberwell and wasn't too surprised by this story - perhaps only the time of day it happned, and the fact the biker tried running away and the gunmen still fired at him in the middle of a main road. Sympathies go the family and friends of the deceased - it seems he was trying to go straight.

If you look at the bikers surname you'll see he wasn't from the W Indies (probably). He had just been released from prison for firearms offences though. What that was exactly is anyones guess. Possession? Firing it?

Black crime in london? so was the motorcyclist black or white, and if he was white and the drivers of the merc were black, would that make it a race crime? the answer is no! f***in two faced law.

The biker was black, as were the gunmen, hence Operation Trident have got involved.

It wasnt a random incident.

The guy riding the bike was a criminal still in prison, he had been released on holiday for a few days and was not supposed to leave a certain area.

He returned to his old haunt (Im assuming he was a drug dealer, newspaper didnt say) and was shot whilst on a Yam 600 i think it said.

Wasnt like he was a dad who tail-ended someone and got shot for it.
