Bought my first bike. :D

Just bought my first bike a couple of days ago. Getting it on Sunday.
It's a Hyosung 125 Cruise II.
Was that a stupid thing to buy?

Also, does anybody have any idea how I'd fit one of those boxes on the back to do delivery for a take away? Like, do I have to buy a back bar that goes above the wheel to mount it out what? I live next door to one and they offered me a job.

My friend has a hyosung, had it for about 10 months..no complaints so far, hes got a GT125 though.

Remember to check with your insurers if delivery is covered. I noticed on my policy the other day it specifically says you're not insured to ride as a delivery rider!

reason isaid might have some issues with parts is that i was advised that imports tend to just end up breaking in areas and becoming faulty,

not aware over how good karea is over china or what not with bikes but just what i have been told from bike shop owners so made me go for a more expensive but reliable honda Smile

p.s. i got mine off ebay lol not from the bikeshop i got advice from Razz

I have the same bike, had it for about 5months.

A few problems as I would expect with any bike nearing 10 years old. My advice is take care with the electrics, I replaced the left switch gear with a universal one after it stopped indicating properly - bit of a pain with the choke, but I rarely use that anyway, even over the winter we've just had.

Regarding the rear rack, I couldn't find one anywhere. I asked a friend of mine to weld one together which slotted in replacing the back rest. Absolutely brilliant it is.
