As I need a new set I've been looking round and there are plenty to choose from. I know DiD are some of the best but there are SSS and Harriss to look at.
I so confoosed.

Hi

Don't think DID make sprockets. Trade Direct in Sheffield (I think) seem to do about the best deal.

I would stick to one of the well known makes. DID are good, as are EK, and a few others. However I have heard that there have been quite a few fake DID chains around.

All the best

Keith

I went for the DID x ring chain and Renthal Sprockets, quality is good.

B and C express have a next day delivery on chain and sprockets and there prices are cheaper then others.

www.bandcexpress.co.uk

Otherwise try www.demon-tweeks.co.uk

When I got some for the ZX6R I too used a DiD chain and Renthal sprockets. I ordered from Demon Tweeks and their delivery time was very fast even though I just used the normal delivery.

Remember, if you're buying from Demon Tweeks say you're from MCN Ninjas and you get 10% off. Thumbs Up

I've just got some sprockets for the cat from Demon Tweeks, I also got some Renthals and an EK chain from them for the R6. They might be slightly more expensive than other retailers, but they get the order right in my experience and get it to you fairly quickly, so in my book it's worth the extra couple of pounds.

Yep totally agree with Dusty, he advised i use them, and i got mine next day delivery. Can't fault them, except for their a teeny bit more expensive than places like B&C Express.

Yes.

From what I've ridden of blades of your's age (might even have ridden your blade at some point, I forget)... they could do with that extra bit of 'oomph' from down gearing Smile.

I recently bought a chain and sprockets from Busters Accessories for the ZZR at the cost of £85, which I thought was good.
Good quality heavy duty X-link chain (EK Gold), and pattern sprockets - cheapest I've found. Definitely worth calling them.

Steve, when you say your part of the mcn ninjas dont you have to prove it and what are they?

Also I need new chain and sprockets soon for my zxr 250, any idea what chain and sprockets I will need? anyone? I want to order separate from a shop/garage so I get it cheaper and then take it to them to fit, and then I also know what chain and sprockets I have...

thanks

Andy

As I said in my previous post Silent, give Busters Accessories a call. Tell them what bike you have and they will do the rest - even if you don't buy it from them, they will tell you what sizes etc you need.
