My girlfriend's scooter failed it's MOT as the Brake Light flashes when the indicator is on.

Have put on a new battery and added in a new Earth and cleaned all of the connections but still have the same fault...

Any Ideas??

it's silly but i heared that behavoir can be done by ignition plug...

make sure good charge is in the battery, the plug cap should have a 5kohm resistance iirc.
could be a short on the circuit board on the back of the clock?
