Woah now, steady on guys, let's not judge this lady just yet Neutral It's a perfectly valid question as obviously there are different models of bikes coming out in different areas...

For example londoners ride around in their futuristic silver foil spacesuits talking on their iPhones on these:-

Whilst for the rest of us the new Roper Steam Velocipede has been causing quite a stir since it's recent unveiling at the 2009 NEC bike show...

They say it could do 40mph if the human frame were capable of withstanding such a velocity Shocked

That is clearly the work of the devil, and offensive to all good god-fearing eyes. If my good wife and children were to even briefly see such a monstrosity I am quite sure nervous hypertension would follow shortly after, and they would all require smelling salts to revive them.

I've half a mind to form an unruly peasant mob with which to march to London in protest at the spread of such evil machinery.

Pffff. Your wife exposes her ankles to workmen for shillings. And I daresay knees would be possible for sufficient contributions of coinage.

Is it really terrible that I read this in an outer-colonial accent?
