Yeah its the 720p version, I got it from ebay for about £194, it does record in .MOV but its not too much of a problem if you have video editing software. I use video vegas 9 and just render the files as whatever really..AVI and MP4 are the best ones..plays on anything.

Video quality is superb though, the audio is decent..its just the wind that makes it pretty useless Smile I assume you were talking about the small section at the start crana?

I love these types of videos, I had a go at making a couple myself using my Muvi cam inside my helmet. I just bought a handlebar mount for it too...

Anyway, what I really wanted to know is how do you attach the cam to the side of your helmet?

Nice vid btw, I subscribed.

The cam comes with 2 different mounts, one for a flat surface and one for goggles. So basically you take the small round mount, and its got a sticky adhesive backing thats really really really strong..so all you do is stick it to whatever you want.

After you've stuck it on you then can attach the cam. On the side of the cam there are like sliders, rails i suppose is a better word. There are also rails on the mount, and all you do is slide it in. Its really firm and really secure..i mean after all thats what its made for, at first i was a little worried it was going to come off, but after testing it at higher speeds (69.9 mph mr officer) it didnt even move.

Oh, i just found this which should help illustrate, the mount is different to mine..but essentially its the same thing:

Are you pulling away from your house? After that intro bit?

If so, remove the video, cut that bit out.

Do it now.

I do them in the car all the time. Can't count the number of times it stopped me from having an accident on roundabouts/etc.

One thing I am anal about. Self preservation for practically 0 effort. Meh.

So is it like a permanent fixture now? Or can you unstick it to attach to a different helmet?

It'd probs be like mine. That bit he sticks to the helmet will be a permanent fixture, but you can slide the camera bit out and use another sticky thing on another Helmet and use it on that.

You can remove the sticky bits, but then you'll need to buy some more, as I did Thumbs Up
