Unfortunately that's the only picture I've got right now as I can't use my computer on the internet.

It's a '96 918cc RR-T fireblade on a P plate, in black and yellow, 19600 miles, so for a blade it's barely run in.

It's in excellent condition apart from a couple of tiny marks from stones and a bit of one of the stickers on the seat unit is marked.

MOT expires May '05 I think and Tax expires March '05.

It's had a new Tsubaki X-Ring chain and renthal sprockets about 500miles ago for the MOT and I put some replacement discs on but not new ones. I've just also cleaned and greased the calipers (greased the pins etc not the pads Rolling Eyes ) and put new fluid in.

BT010s on it, quite a lot of life left but back tyre is starting to square a little from motorway miles.

Micron exhaust, sounds good, has a BSAU193 plate on it for MOTs.

Datatool Duo immobiliser, insurance approved.

It's also got heated grips, I would take them off but have moved them across 3 bikes so far and don't think they'd survive being removed again.

Regular oil changes (3000miles) with filter every 6000 using good semi-synthetic.

Dark tint standard screen, Fairing crash bungs which fix to fairing mounting bracket, not engine mounts.

I think that's everything, the bike is near Birmingham if you're interested, and I wan't £3000 as it has to go due to insurance costs. If you're seriously interested in it...for the asking price contact me by phone (0)7749 657 (751) ignore the brackets. I cannot collect PM's so don't PM or email me. Delivery may be possible within a reasonable distance.

You don't have a speeding conviction, you also live in the middle of nowhere, my insurance has gone UP by over £150 since lastyear despite my no claims and Danny's efforts, aside from being furious i've got no choice but to sell it, along with the Subaru.

It's going on ebay now as i've had no interest from forums.

'That is a very nice tempting bike' says my heart however then my head says 'but your licence will only last 10 mins'

Hope you manage to sell it! In fact no I don't mean that think of all the fun you are going to miss out on when the two wheels have gone? Is £150 extra really so bad? Confused

It is when it makes your annual premium £930 after you've paid similar premiums for the last 2 years. I'm not getting rid of bikes just the blade as I can't afford to insure it, I'll be getting a 600 probably, whatever I can insure.

I sold the standard can I picked up from a carboot for a fiver with it, and well err I got a yellow headlight cover Razz sure it'd look nice on yours! Got some corbin seats if you fancy them, though I personally think theyre less comfy than the standard ones, was gonna stick em on ebay.
