Mo problems, SM bus controller keeps flagging up in the hardware thing and the fan keeps going mad i think they are linked?
SM bus controller controls the fan speeds/temp sensors right? but i dont run intel chipsets, i'm running AMDs unless my gfx card does? but i've already installed the drivers for that.
Anyone else encountered such problems?

been to your board manufacturers website and downloaded the drivers for your board?

Yes mate, no help since i've changed a few things, i've fixed it now, he gfx card was to blame, stupid onboard gfx and then the drivers for the gfx card i installed hadn/t done their job propperly. Rolling Eyes
