Right peeps, I was using Internet Explorer, and then a friend said Firefox is better, it lets you tab windows and is more secure, so I found it and loaded and I have nothing but trouble ever since.

It hangs, it won't load Opus stuff from work, it crashes so many times, each time I reboot its telling me it's embarrassed about what happened last time. But it still does it, often many times in a day.

Thing is I like the tab feature. Is there any other good one out there that does do tabbing, like Chrome or whatever? I need recommendations. Ta Thumbs Up

Two weeks ago I made the switch over to Opera, can't complain, pages load quicker and tabs are there, page is higher too as there's no need for all the tat you normally get at the top of the page and it's pretty easy to customise... Thumbs Up

Are you running the lastest FF?

It's quite rare for mine to have a huff.

is Opus an activex based control? if so it wont work on FF as activex is microsoft only so IE only.

IE8 has tabbing. i mainly use IE at work as all our clients are IE so it makes sense to develop using it but at home i only use FF and its solid as a rock.

gotta love firebug and noscript addons too

Everything after IE6 had tabbed browsing didn't it?
So your choices are:

Internet Explorer 7
Internet Explorer 8
Internet Explorer 9
Chrome
Safari

To be honest i would go with Chrome or IE 8 as its still a bit too early days to be relying on 9.
