Ordered mine, never turn down a freebie Very Happy

Although after having a look around their website, i noticed this sentance.

Quote:
You could also then be disqualified from riding the bike by age (only after two years of holding a 125cc licence are you entitled to ride a more powerful motorcycle)

Which is either very badly worded or is blatantly false information.

To me that is saying after holding a license that entitles you to ride a 125 (so provisional at 17) then you are allowed to ride a more powerful bike afterwards.

Or it could be interpreted as you are limited to 125cc after passing your test and stuck with that for 2 years, then you are free to ride a big bike.

Either way it's false advice/information, unless i've missed recent law changes Shocked

Try and vary the degree of braking you use at each break.

In good dry conditions, whilst travelling in a straight line try varying the break pressure 75% to the front and 25% to the rear. On a good but wet road change this to 50% front and rear.

Bad advice and bad spelling. Poor show.
I hope this isn't paid for with public funds (or at least they didn't pay much at all if it was Smile ).

It’s a big temptation to ‘chip’ your bike, or adapt it in some way to make it go just that bit faster than your mates. But before you do, consider one thing.

Unfortunately when it comes to driving or riding we can’t afford to pick and chose which rules we are going to obey and which ones we aren’t.

Odd that this is exactly what the police 'teach' (pick and choose rules) on bikesafe courses.

If you cant tell a bald, or low treaded tyre by looking at one. Then you really shouldn't be riding on the road. Laughing
