Viper helmet bluetooth

I have a viper 210 sitting next to me and I'm trying to connect to it via bluetooth with my phone but whenever I do so it asks me for a passcode.
I've tried 1234, 0000, 1111 etc but none of these seems to work. Anyone have any idea what it could be or how to reset it?

try using 5 digits, 12345, 00000, etc.

Just tried that aswell as the 6 digit code on the sticker on the helmet and still no luck.
On the rear of the helmet it says Rs- v121 if that helps anyone. Back to googling for now untill one of you geniuses manage to figure it out :L

Cheers for your help guys. Been playing around with it for a while and figured out volume had to be on max and had to hold in button till it went red and then i could put in any code. Well I tried 0000 first and it worked anyway :L

I bought one ages ago, it's here still in the box as not compatible with wearers of glasses and the bluetooth is shite.
Not as shite as the service that the company selling vipers has but still pretty close.

I'll take that advise into consideration, i have a shoe with a helmet to mic kit in but I just fancied seeing what this was like since it was laying about the house.

Can anyone recommend a good bicycle helmet with at least bluetooth 2.0 support (2.1 preferred) and that works fine with glasses? Thanks much in advance.

Last 3 helmets i've had have been Caberg Trip with a scala bluetooth kit fitted.
Helmets can be got for around £90 and bluetooth around £120, used all day every day and no problems at all other than the visor mech wears out and i replace the lid, usually about every 6 months, like i say though i wear it all day every day and do 30,000 miles in those 6 months.
