I just flipped my bike today, stupid mistake of revving the bike whilst stationary and the clutch slipped from my fingers and looped the bike landing on the right hand side. Oh how I wish I had crash bobbins on there as my front right fairing is scratched to fuck now.

Anyway, smashed the indicator off as well, was just wondering, it leaves a fairly big hole from the shitty rubber original ones and I need a front set of indicators now, do I have to buy specific to my bike year/model or can I just go for any? Also, what about the gap that's left now, some of the pictures I've seen online look like they wouldn't fit?

having never owned a sportsbike though ive never had to do it myself with those spacers, but im pretty sure thats what it is.

sorry to hear about the flipping Sad

and remember - if the indi's are LEDs the chances are will be that they flash too fast.. need a resistor or something to slow them down along the way. for that reason i have always stuck with normal bulbs.

I've read that about them flashing too fast, I saw one of them relay kits before. What's the issue with it flashing too fast? Illegal?

The bikes getting re-sprayed when my sister buys it so it's not too much of an issue but still gutting!

Annoying for one thing.

Not sure on legality but it is annoying.

Guessing the front indicator doesn't work?

If it does, take the bulb out, turn the bike on, use the indicator and see the flash rate difference.

Relays FTW. I prefer LED's as I think they're clearer and brighter.

Doovydoo's right, some of those spacers with do the job. You'll also have to replace the relay to stop the super flash speed.

It is illegal to have them flash too fast and it'll fail an MOT. Also sometimes they can flash so fast that they look like they're not working/always on.
