recommend me some dragging jeans

Not really sure whats good and whats not, Iv'e only heard of red route jeans which are currently on offer from £100 to £80 at bikers world, can anybody recommend me any?

I have a couple of pairs of Hood jeans, which were more like £40 or £50 when I got them. I've crashed in them and they've done the job well, and look just like a normal pair of jeans.

Their sizing is generous, so if you're normally a 34" waist in comfortable fitting jeans, go for a 32".

Draggin jeans are the best I've found

RS Jean don't fit right

Berik fit well and have more comfortable armour than the draggins but have a stupid popper button which keeps coming undone, I switched it for a normal jean button for £15 at a tailors.

I would buy Berik and Draggins again.

I have some Draggin' Jeans. I can't remember what 'style' they are, they look like normal jeans.


Perfectly comfortable when walking around and on the bike. I wore them to the Southend Shakedown where I did about 250-odd miles on the bike and tons of walking.

They are a bit more expensive than other brands and mine don't have any armour in, although it looks like you can buy armour which velcros in.

My Draggin black denim jeans have been fine, but wasn't impressed with the quality of the draggin combats.
Pleased with all the hood jeans I've got.
Got some cheap other make on ebay and they tore at the crotch after not that much general use.
I'd go for Hood for price and quality.

ive got a pair of bullerproof.

they look like normal jeans and have added kevlar pockets which attach to the waist with velcro. you also get stupid sponge knee inserts which look and feel shyte

i only have one pair of kevlar jeans, they are the Draggin Jeans - Traffic.

mine seem to be slightly darker than those in the pic though.. i use the knox knee protectors and sometimes the hip protectors (although makes it a bit tighter round the waist. they fit great and really are nice quality.

Lasted well, although they are fading on the front now

No experience of the others though, and not tested them either in a spill.

Just a word of warning, they dont feel great on the motorway / fast speeds. They are ultimately just jeans. Not wind proof, flap around at speed and although they are tested at speed for sliding, they offer very little protection from impact. IE, i got hit on the shin by a stone and it caused a dent and hurt a hell of a lot. That was through the kevlar layer.


For work and back / round town cant beat em IMO

Not a recommendation, but I recently saw an advert for Hornee Jeans which are a new UK brand.

However, Draggin' are the only CE approved kevlar jeans and they lasted just over 4 seconds in the test.
