KMX 200, viable as a commuter?

Hi, I've been given an opportunity to possibly trade in my GS against a moderately tidy kmx 200. I'm rather liking the fact that it doesn't weigh anything, especially compared to the pair of hippos that currently reside on my driveway, plus it's the absolute perfect bike to take up a bit of light offroading which would be a good way to improve my riding skills (or lack of ).

I'm a bit concerned as to if it'd be able to handle life as a daily hack though? It's not especially long trips, ~10 miles or so of 30/40 limits plus the occasional NSL if the weather is nice. How are they for day to day reliability and service intervals? Wemoto seems to have most parts covered besides piston kits which are about on ebay so I'm guessing that shouldn't be too big a problem.

when i was a kids i had a brand new kmx125 f reg i went every where on it all over the country used it to and from work never had a problem apart from it seemed to use as much 2 stroke oil as it did petrol..lol

If it's in good nick and you treat it well (no ragging from cold) it should be fine I reckon.
