So i might be buying a runaround 125, but its on 6v...

I would like to have more lighting than the current candle strapped to the front Razz

Is it a simple job? Ive got plenty of 12v bike batteries... and alot of time and patience.

I know it has been covered, but usually in the form of the RXS100

It's more trouble than it's worth. I've considered converted my old RXS several times but it's a lot more involved than you might think. Would probably be less hassle if you had a bike like a CG125, where the electrics were upgraded from 6 to 12v during the model run.

The Kawasaki KH125 was... im picking the bike up this afternoon Very Happy

It went from 6 to 12 at one point.. its just I have a round headlight and i hate the square ones.. also they are very dim in the day and ruthless at night Laughing

Given the fact ive had a shed load of accidents where drivers "havent seen me" i'd like as bright as poss.

What about adding a 12v bike battery with a relay and LED strips like what chris-red had/has on his TDM?
