Aprilia rs 125 frame conversion

Hi everyone !
I have Aprilia rs 125 2005 (old model) and a new Aprilia rs 125 2009 (new model). The new aprilia is without registration so I want to transfer the old aprilia's frame to the new one. The problem is that I don't know whether the old frame will fit to the new aprilia or not

afaik, the frames the same, so is engine but subframe & plastics are different,
