most crashes not my fault in a year

1st, october 09, left it parked outside a mates house to find it lying on its side, smashed panels on both sides, someone had revesred into it so hard it was literally lying on the pavement !!! having gone over the kerb, surprise surprise no details left !!
2nd, november 09 on the way to my folks in lincolnshire came round a blind bend to be faced with a golf sideways on the wrong side of the road, clipped my right hand side destroying the panels and leaving a boot imprint down the side of the golf, luckily both of us had braked and collided at around 40 mph, and i did keep her upright. classic mud on road from tractors, other drivers insurance payed out, the guy was portugese nicest chap you could imagine !!
3rd,December 09, Lincolnshire again on the way to see the old man in hospital, 5 mins from destination, rush hour at a roundabout waiting to go, and smash nobhead hits at 30 plus bike was wedged between back wheel and subframe, so bad it took 3 people to get it out, but get this as sonn as i was free the T### tried to drive off. cheers lorry driver who basically pulled the guy out of his car. police involved etc payed out ripped shoulder muscle and course of physio. hire bike provided. continued below ( you wont believe this one )
4th,December 09 hire bike 5 mins from home and white van man deciedes to do a u turn without looking cue loud metallic crunch sound and one written off bandit, trahsed my gear except helmet but not a mark on me. cue police and i dont know how youre still alive mate, tell me about !!!
5th, april 10, waiting at junction to pull out and hit in the rear again, this time luckily no damage to me at all, impact on the tyre, but totalled the front of the lexus the dopey cow was driving, bumper smashed and hanging off, not the cheap lexus either.
6th april 10 A38 /M1 roundabout at 3 yes 3 sets of light next to old timer in suzuki alto, in the correct lane to get off at M1 ie 2nd lane alto in the inside lane, start to filter off and smash he decides he is going to take the 3rd exit. to make it worse the initial impact doesnt register as instead of stopping he keeps driving with me fighting to keep it upright by scrapping down the whole of his rh side. classic i didnt see you, at which point i nearly lose it but decide to kick the crap out of a crash barrier insted, get his details and currently waiting for the estimate to be approved.

here are the key issues,
1 i have a yellow yes yellow triumph with 2 different colour headlight bulbs, YOU CANT MISS ME !!!
2. Dainese's motorcycle gear is literally a life saver, I'm living proof and will never wear anything else !!!
3. in 20 years riding i have never had so many accidents untill the last 12 months.
4. The standard of driving is getting worse and worse. the problem is clearly car drivers not bikers.
5. if i here the line you should get a car one more time, i will scream. Join the opposition no chance until tanks are allowed on the road ( revenge ) I'm sticking to 2 wheels.
6. the triumph daytona 650 is not bomb proof but its not far from it. at least it will be mint once repaired yet again !!

but am i down beat ? no way the only thing that keeps me sane and very happy is my trusty bike, the grin i have every time i take my helmet off is testament to this.

twice is a concidence, more than that there must be a common link between the collisions ie the rider

I dont know what you are doing wrong, but either you are doing mega mileage, or you are doing something wrong.

If you have been riding for years without incident, and all this has happened in the last year, maybe the grim reaper is after you but just keeps missing.

if it thought it was me i wouldnt ride any more,( I'm trained to instructor level with the IAM) as for grim reaper maybe, but the fact i'm still here means he must like me !! personally i think its because he has other plans for me !!!!
and yes i do mega mileage but i think its more the fact car drivers and not all are bad, are to busy pissing around whilst driving, i.e smoking, sat nav, stereo, skinning up or eating whilst driving and the classic mobile phone. All the above accidents with the exception of mud on the road were driver error. But at least i'm still here
