Hi there,
Recently been playing around with my bargain rf900. My rear suspension is absolutly useless, it's so spongy even on the hardest settings, I'm planning on getting a new shock when funds allow.
I was able to wheelie my last rf900 with relative ease, but this one won't. It's faster to rev and higher top end, but it won't wheelie. Could this be the rear suspension being too soft and taking the power away?

EDIT The gearing is the same as far as I can see. ____________________ Previous: GSF600, FZR600 x2, ZXR750, XT600 Tenere, CB125, CZ125, ETZ 250, ER5, CCM R30, DRZ400, RF600x4, RF900x2, GS500, VTR1000F, 640 SMC, CB250 NIGHTHAWK, GT550x3, GPX750 TE610, CB500, X11x2, SV650, ZING 125, TL1000R,CB250 Superdream, CBR1100XX |

If the rear suspension is soft it'll squat under power which will lower your center of gravity.
For easier wheelies you need a higher CofG. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'
