Well folks and folkesses, I was thinking to myself about the possibility of starting race teams that compete in an official BCF Race series. Such teams would have 2 riders each, each riding similar bikes. Points and scores would be recorded at the end of each race, as in real motoGP. After every race, we could update the scores and team standings in here. I've already come up with a couple of teams, tell me what you think:

All these bikes are custom designed, If anyone wants i'll design them a bike, and figure out how to get it over to them Smile.

See you out there Smile.

not a bad idea, if we had a points race each week or something when every one could make it, and you take to best 10 places you got or something so you can miss some Confused

Can yo set up things like this or would we have to sort it out and keep scores. Question

I have Microsoft Access on my machine, I'd be able to keep records of the scores there. My Idea was that if (say) Motrax Honda sent out two riders, one coming first (25) and the other coming second (20), that would be 45 points for the team. Records would be kept of individual rider scores, as well as the team's scores - in essence, the riders still compete against each other, but it's in the riders interests to hope their team-mate does well.

Try looking at this: https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=27958&start=300

Alternatively, it is available in game stores for £19.99. It's worth the money, trust me Smile.

Here's another design, it was going to be used by Kris but he's decided to make his own, so it's now available on here Smile.

I've started work on the database. It currently features tables for teams and individual riders. All suggestions welcome.

I also noticed Craig likes to race Kwaks, so I made one for him Smile .

And on that note people, I'm going to get some well earned sleep. See you all tomorrow, it'll be interesting to see how the thread progresses Smile .

Do you need a host for the games? Just an idea if we get more than one host we can have multi races going, save people waiting and such.

you wish Wink

anyway MS access is allright. But i could code a web based front end for it in asp which would allow an admin to log in and update the positions after each race and for people to be able to view race results, team positions championship standings etc on a web page.
