Anyone have any suggestions? Previous experience of a nice B&B wanted and no, I'm not camping and no - definately no hostels.

You going Le Mans MotoGP i presume ? Stayed there a couple of times im sure, although i cant tell you the name of the hotel. It was nice though and the barman used to give us free cigars. Which is of no use to you whatsoever!

You need to get out more! Annecy is nearly in Switzerland Very Happy

Expensive round there , only ever camped en route to the Alps and that is usually a fair distance away as even the campsites cost a packet.

Beautiful place though, and a few peeps i know recommend going to one of the villages on the opposite side for cheaper accommodation.
