Christ man if you're changing it in August what's the point in messing with it now? Just wait 3 months then sell it.

Any power increase you gain will only be noticeable for a few days before you're used to it again, there's really no point.

Modifying a 50cc bike is kind of pointless to be honest, generally makes it sound like a pile of shit in comparison to standard.
I've got a Derbi GPR 50cc (2000) myself, What kind of speeds are you getting with it at the moment in top gear?

Just leave it, service it regularly, use good oil, look after it.

Any mods on a 50 are pointless, you'll get nothing.

extra tooth on front sprocket...

list goes on how much you wanna spend?

droopler racing crank? then a 80 cc kit
then a 21mm carb with a new inlet manifold and reed block with reeds. with a nice arrow exhaust and boyah!!! 60mp got £700!!!!
