A few years ago i attempted to make a single seater for my bike using mesh aluminum and fiberglass, this was the first and only time i attempted it. I lost interest when i bought my next bike and the bike has been sat in the shed since.

I attempting to sort this bike out (pictures soon) as its my first and only bike i have atm, and its in a right state!

So basically, going back to my original intentions i'm trying to smooth this over, currently after a small amount of time sanding, its very bumpy, how do i make it flat and smooth?

Thanks Nick

Thanks, watch this space (show and tell) for progress pics. Bike is a Rieju RS1, nothing exciting, but my first bike none the less.

Love how basic the bike is, should be good to develop my limited skills
