I bought the bike from a guy who had been using it on road only so it came with the indicators, mirrors, luggage rack and extended mudguard etc. and a set of nearly new Avon Distanzias. I've been using it for commuting and light greenlaning so I have knobblies too which I stick on when needed. I took off most of the road gear as it looks crap and gets broken easily but it'll all come with it.

The bike runs well and starts easily but is cosmetically tatty with the plastics pretty scratched etc. but no major damage, even to the tank. It has fairly new renthal bars and I recently did the valve shims so they won't need doing for a fair old while. It's kick start only but starts first kick hot or cold usually and has an automatic decompression lever. The rear rim has a hole in it where the valve must have been pulled through at some point but it has been like that since I bought it and it doesn't cause any problems. There is a slight oil leak from the cam cover since I did the shims as it's just a rubber gasket and I didn't put any sealant on it as I didn't have any. I'll maybe try to sort that out over this week. The only other thing is the rear number plate is cracked and held together with gaffa tape

It's not exactly a motocrosser but as an economical commuter that can hit 85 mph on the motorway then roll down muddy farm tracks at the weekend it's perfect It handles really well on the Distanzias too with none of the weaving/wobbling you can get on some off roaders and is a hoot on tight twisty roads

The bike had an electrical problem (corroded connector) which prevented it from starting for the last month or so so I haven't been able to MOT it but now it's running again I'll book it in. This is the only problem I've had with the bike in the year I've owned it apart from when I accidentally broke a wire whilst taking off the cam cover. Other than that it has always started easily and ran fine.

I'll be looking for £750 with a years MOT and the bike available to view in Peterborough from next Monday OR I will take £650 with no MOT and the bike collected from Cranfield near Milton Keynes BEFORE SUNDAY 3RD OF MAY as this will save me the hassle of trying to move both my bike and my car up there and trying to get an MOT this week. That said, it should pass as there were no advisories at the last MOT and it's only done 1200 miles since then.

EDIT: Booked in on Thursday now for the MOT.
