what is that?

its not a vindaloo or a phal(sp?) even a madras

looks like something in rib sauce

looks tasty though

edit:- on second thoughts no that doesnt look tasty even though i have had a few stellas

it has no strength to it.. it could be bits of rib meat in chinese 5 spice sauce which isnt a bad thing but i can't see myself dipping a nan bread in it

anyway each to their own

Where's the rice, popadoms and pint of lager?

Surely you can't just have ordered a single dish from the indian?

I wonder if it's got any artificial colourings in it? Thinking

So you don't even empty the takeaway out of the foil carton onto your plate?!

The colouring gives an added kick Very Happy and gives a gentle reminder to what you ate when you go to the toilet the next day. Laughing

And as for emptying it onto a plate... I was home by myself so had no reason to try and look civilised.

Thats cause its obviously full of colourings, most indians have a habbit of replacing spices for chemicals to make them look more 'authentic'.

In all truthfullness the whole principle of a curry was invented by brittish travellers in india, to disguise the taste of the rancid meat, therefore your right, it can hide anything!

Yup there are now health warnings about it. for some reason people want their curry bright red, so indians have been found to put 5 times the recommended maximum amount of colouring in the curry.

Actually, the correct way to eat a curry is on its own, maybe with a piece of naan bread or gipatti.

Rice was something Westerners added so they could handle the hotness Razz
