at a guess.... £3000-£3500... that's alot of miles there for the year (as far as the 'average rider goes') Also you'll be looking at more for a trade sale.
Try picking up a copy of Used Bike Guide (or the other, similarly named one that I allways forget Confused)

BIKE Mag reckons just below £4k. But for that many miles I'd be a little worried. The bike could be ready for a knackering. Give it a damn good check and haggle over the mileage

hmm...it's a 2 year old bike, with around 13k miles on it, which isn't too bad.

Besides, a high mileage doesn't neccessarily mean a knackered bike, just a well-used bike. It has probably been used for commuting as well as pleasure, in which case the mileage is about right.

You can probably base your haggling around the fact that a major service interval is coming up, which may require the changing if a few bits etc...

£3k - £3.5k sounds about right, although you will also have to use your eyes and look for scratches, dents, corrosion etc.
