I can't decide WTF to do.

Plan A.

Everything black in this photo will be carbon. and I'll keep the white panels standard, and the tank sprayed white.

and get the hole cut for the headlight, and add some vinyl number boards or something so it doesn't look bland. The only bad part about this is that GBmoto are the only people that make this front fairing, and they're well know for having a poor fit or poor laquer. So it's a risky choice.

I know, but GBmoto are the only company that make the complete front fairing like that, so thought it might be worth the risk.

Don't know if you have seen it but you can get the vinyl wrap for bikes as well, guy from another forum had his yamaha done, looks absolutely mint probably work cheaper than set off e.bay, you know fitment won't cause problem and if need be can be easily removed without altering original paint work!

Exactly – choose your bikes for fun alone and your ladies for a combination of ‘nice’ and ‘fun’ - you shouldn’t be looking at the bike while riding it Wink.

Save the money instead... get some carbon fibre paint or 3M DI-NOC vinyl on your existing panels. That way, if yo DO get bored of the Faux CF, you can remove it.

id love a full carbon bike ( Embarassed its only ghey to people who cant afford it Razz ) but if that front is known to have problems it seems like a silly way to spend money that could be used on something else.

i think it looks real nice white/carbon black so i vote A too.

I actually think it looks brilliant in that pic as it is. Carbon fairings but painted like that? Or leave the lowers in black at least.
