well, where do i start...
firsty the en125 has a bore and stroke of
57mm x 48.8mm
so just assuming you just want to change the top end to get even close to the 250cc you are going to need a bore of 80mm (bring you upto 245cc) im not sure youve ever ridden a short stroke engine??
but the rev hard but have next to no torque, basically the best results can be had from a square set up (bore and stroke nearly the same, eg 40mm stroke and 40mm bore) seeing as you are already over square, its almost pointless,

now ill mention the other reasons why this is neigh on impossible,
say you did manage to find a barrel that had a 80mm bore, thats 11.5mm wider on each side of the current bore,
you have to some how slide the new barrel into the bottom end.... thats not going to happen, so you would have to widen the hole in the bottom end to handle it.
ok just say you were willing to do that,
you have in effect machined away the bolt holes that held the barrel to the crankcases, so you would then have to drill and tap new holes, mmmm but there isnt any meat in the crankcase to tap into, so then you have to re-inforce the crankcases.

ok just say you were willing to do that as well, Very Happy

you now have a barrel that is massivly oversized, but you also need to get a head with large enough valves to be able to deliver and expend the fuel and burnt gasses. and it has to match the barrel the cam chain and the cam sprocket.

then you will need a new exhaust system, and a new carb to handle twice as much gases that are flowing.....

Very Happy
im not saying none of this is impossible, i'm saying if you had to ask, then essentially it is impossible for you to do it

if you really wanted to put a 250cc engine in the cheese chassis of the en then you best option would be to put a gn/gz/dr ect 250cc motor in, and that in itself is probably more work than you are willing to do.
motorcycles are not meccano,
its not just a straight swap

if you want a larger capacity/bigger bike.... then sell your 125 and buy a bigger one
