I know they are slippy in the wet but in the dry how slippy are they?

I don't dare go over them leant over.

lol, they just feel like a smooth bit of road, you could possibly lose grip if you accelerate too fast but I have yet to experience this. No real concern tbh

Yea - providing you're adding any extra acceleration (cornering being an acceleration, of course) while going over them, it's fine.
Properly on it on a big bike and it's more likely to go - but frankly it's much more likely to be from general crud that's around them if they are at the side/centre of the road - and with decent tyres it should smoothly come back in to line anyway (ergo, not Avons ).

I've never encountered any unpredictable behavior going over white lines whilst leaning. "Cats Eyes" on the other hand I wont be making that mistake again!

Just go over them, the thing is they are a small patch of road that is smooth in the rain, so you'll slip but instantly gain traction once the bike passes over it.

As long as you are not 100% comitted elbow down you'd bike will lean over a tad more regain grip and you'll be away.

On the old A38 road there was always a section like this with a manhole cover you could go over it cranked sideways you'd slip and regain grip less than half a second later and you'd be fine.

I've had my back tire skip on white lines a few times in the wet, but I can only remember once in the dry. I was quite lent over and I don't think the edges of the tire were warmed up enough. But within a millisecond it was over. Barely a skip.
