A-Get your DVD firmware flashed with the latest LT firmware.
B-Use any brand you want, I buy cheap ass discs and never had a problem.
C-Run them through ABGX360 and make sure everything is verified before you take it online and you'll be perfectly safe.

Hi

Depending on whether or not you intend on taking it online will determine how closely you follow N30's advice.

If you (like me) do not want to use xbox live then the following is all you need to know:

1) Torrents will do fine, just make sure you read the nfo files for them, Make sure you are getting a PAL or RF (Region Free) copy and also make sure it has English,I have made this mistake far too many times.

2)I use Verbatim, never had a problem. One important thing to note if you don't already know, you must use Dual Layer discs, which are not to be confused with double sided discs.

3)You must have a dvd writer capable of burning to dual layer media. I use img burn, it's fine but you must add a manual layer break to your disc (if the torrent doesn't come with a .dvd file). Just google img burn xbox layer break and you will find all the instructions you need.

If you do want to go online all of the above is still valid, but you just have to stay on the ball with updating your dvd drive firmware on the XBOX and you must check the isos are clean (ABGX360) before going online, otherwise you will get banned pretty quickly.
