Basicaly i have a Hyosung RT125 * but its basically a Yamaha TW125* now i know most of u *if not all of u wont have a yamaha tw, suzuki vanvan, or a hyosung RT. but basicaly there all the same bike (exept the RT's better Razz )
but uh how do i find out hows it restricted Rolling Eyes d u lot reckon it'll be electronicly done or by a little thing in the exhaust Wink
I DUNNO! Plz help, my bikes dead slow! Embarassed

Its a single cylinder 125 4 stroke. Its not restricted in any way (besides baffles). The engine will struggle to make the 14.6bhp maximum allowance so it doesnt need restricting down to that.

You can try changing the gearing on it, but if not done right it will make it slower.

I doubt it will be restricted, my TW125 isn't.
On the flat it will reach 65 with some luck, and downhill on the duallies it will take me to 73 Smile

hmmm DAMN! Evil or Very Mad i was hopin i could go atleast 70 on a straight- could u give so clues on gearing, but maybe the accelration side, not the top speed Cool

count how many teeth are ont he front and rear cogs.

does it redline quickly, or does it take forever to get there?

I upgeard mine as it went from 8krpm to redline very quickly in top gear so i could blatently tell it would pull a far taller ratio.

depends on how large the cogs are allready, typically it will gear the bike up by not quite so much as just making the front bigger
