and still have your receipt by any chance?

Mine has packed up and EVGA aren't willing to exchange it and since i've not long had it then it's a bit of a ***** as they want proof of purchase since it's second hand the 10 year guarantee isn't valid, only 2 years Sad

Needs to be less than 2 years from purchase and before February though :p

Check for a manufacturers warranty, that will require nothing but the defective card to get the refund.

yeah, trouble is they want proof of when it was bought and only receipt i have is from ebay.

doubt that line will work since i'm assuming they can tell when it was built by the serial and its coming up older than i expected.

manufacture date doesnt matter... it does sit ona shelf for a long time... do you remember where you bought it from? how did you pay for it etc

Keep trying and make sure you send them a letter recorded delivery/signed for about it; this often works.

I had a problem with Vodafone where they were trying to double my monthly bill for something that should have been included.
Spent nearly 10 hours on the phone to them; sent one well worded letter and they caved in straight away.
