Weird pain

I am getting:

Abdominal pain, started Thursday. Got really really bad Friday night. Just started again properly today.
Dizziness. I was almost blacking out last night whilst riding home.
Feeling sick.

I know people will say go to the doctors but I can't go today or tomorrow and probably not Monday or Tuesday either.

Just looking for ideas. I have googled these things but they all seem to say with vomitting, excreting blood etc which I don't get.

Anyone know what this could be.

If you can't go to the Doctors now, go to A&E and get checked out, mainly to rule out appendawhotsit...

Now...Go...Don't take the bike either incase you feel like blacking out again...

Sounds like what the girlfriend was like a few months back....

She had managed to get a kidney infection, and didn't go to the doctors and she ended up with blood poisoning...

Go to the doctors ASAP... just to rule that out, as well as appendicitis as above

Could be any number of things from that description, a kind of vague amalgamation of symptoms, none of which are specific. Have you actually gished? Do you have bum wee?

Got free McDonalds vouchers in the post today aswell. Might have to go try them out.

Pain isn't that bad anymore. Just a kind of weird thing in my stomach. Maybe because I haven't really eaten anything apart from some chips last night and a slice of toast at lunch today.

BBQ tonight though. If it gets any worse I will go to A&E tomorrow unless it gets madly serious.

Just hope it is nothing epic.

Bad AIDS

Few years ago, I started getting this mad pain in my lower left abdomen. I put it down to stomach ache and ignored it. Went to bed and had a rude awakening at 5am with the pain absolutely killing, felt like someone was repeatedly stabbing me. Come 6.30am I had to get up, get ready and go down to A&E it was that bad. I waited for a few hours before some doc giving me some painkillers. The pain went slightly but still in agony.

They said they wanted to keep me in over night for observation and do some tests in the morning when the right doctors came on duty. In the morning, they sent me for an xray and ultrasound and came back clear. Did some other blood and piss tests and it all came back clear. They discharged me later that day with something called "Renal Collic" I think, which my dad said was just some general term to say it was something to do with my kidneys but they weren't sure what.

Never came back since but I did cut out drinking, eating junk food etc.

Worth getting looked at mate incase it is something serious.

I woke up in epic pain last week and turns out it was kidney stones. I was throwing up cos it was that painful.
